This Privacy Policy explains how STARBIT AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("STARBIT," "we," "us," or "our"), the Hong Kong company that operates Conversaic, handles information collected through the Conversaic website, publisher application flow, accounts, SDK, APIs, and related services.

Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including your name, work email, company or team name, product name, product URL, product description, technical contact details, expected conversation or query volume, current monetization approach, integration details, and other information submitted during application, onboarding, support, or account use.
When you use our website and services, we may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral and campaign parameters, cookie preferences, authentication and security events, API and SDK requests, diagnostic logs, placement events, and interaction or attribution events needed to operate and measure the service.
How we use information
We use information to:
- review and respond to publisher applications
- create, authenticate, and support accounts
- provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Conversaic
- configure and evaluate publisher integrations
- deliver and measure eligible sponsored or affiliate recommendation placements
- communicate about applications, service changes, security, and support
- understand website and product usage when analytics consent has been provided
- prevent fraud, misuse, and other prohibited activity
- comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements
Cookies and analytics
Conversaic uses essential storage for login, security, navigation, and cookie preferences. With consent, we may enable Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand usage and measure site or campaign performance. Visitors can reject optional analytics through the cookie banner. Rejecting optional analytics does not disable essential login and core functionality.
Service providers and disclosure
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, email, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and support. Current infrastructure may include providers such as Amazon Web Services, Vercel, and Google. These providers process information for the services they supply to us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not disclose publisher information to unrelated parties merely because they request it.
International processing
STARBIT is registered in Hong Kong and Conversaic primarily serves publishers in the United States. Information may therefore be processed in Hong Kong, the United States, or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may apply data protection rules that differ from the rules in your location.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage applications and accounts, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and context. When information is no longer required, we may delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. You may also reject optional analytics through the cookie banner and unsubscribe from optional marketing communications when an unsubscribe method is provided.
