Terms of Service

Review the terms that apply to access and use of the Conversaic website and publisher services.

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Conversaic website, publisher application flow, accounts, SDK, APIs, documentation, dashboards, placement services, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by STARBIT AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("STARBIT," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Conversaic provides tools for conversational AI publishers to apply for access, integrate sponsored or affiliate recommendation placements, manage permitted domains and configuration, and review related activity. Some functionality may be offered as a pilot, beta, preview, or early-access service and may change as the product develops.

We may approve, decline, suspend, or limit access to applications, accounts, integrations, offers, or placements based on availability, technical readiness, security, policy, partner requirements, or other operational considerations.

Accounts and publisher responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your product, content, disclosures, domains, traffic sources, and integration comply with applicable law, these Terms, our documentation, and any relevant partner requirements.

You must promptly notify us at admin@conversaic.io if you believe an account, key, or integration has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person
  • mislead users about sponsored or affiliate content
  • remove or obscure required commercial disclosures
  • send fraudulent, manipulated, incentivized, or unauthorized traffic
  • interfere with security, access controls, attribution, reporting, or service operation
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or access the Service except as permitted by law or written authorization
  • distribute malware or harmful code
  • use offers or placements in prohibited, unsafe, or unauthorized contexts

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable protective action.

Intellectual property

STARBIT and its licensors retain all rights in Conversaic, including its software, SDK, APIs, documentation, branding, interfaces, and service content. These Terms provide only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended and documented.

You retain ownership of content and information you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

Third-party services and offers

The Service may depend on or link to third-party hosting, authentication, analytics, affiliate networks, merchants, products, websites, or services. Third parties control their own offerings, terms, availability, privacy practices, fulfillment, and content. STARBIT is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or omissions.

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every feature, integration, placement, offer, report, or third-party destination will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for your product and users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STARBIT and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or profits arising from or related to the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, partner requirements, non-payment where applicable, violation of these Terms, risk to users or the Service, or discontinuation of a feature or pilot.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued obligations.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
